- Licensed since 1985, Ashley has an extensive and varied real estate background including property management, REO sales, and residential and commercial transactions. The last few years she has been included as a Top Producer and within the Circle of Distinction for her real estate production. Now a member of the Certified Luxury Homes Marketing, she has achieved the Million Dollar Guild Status for her outstanding production with Million Dollar homes and buyers.
- As the productivity coach for the Santa Monica Keller Williams office, she is supporting all new licensees to begin a career in the real estate business. She uses her extensive experience to educate and inspire success. The coaching program has grown to over 25% of the monthly profit for the market center and provides that new licensees are closing transactions. Additionally, she coaches seasoned agents who need support and inspiration and an infusion of accountability that puts them into transactions.
- New licensees are extensively trained with fundamental career/business development through the Keller Williams model of the 18 course of the 443 classes. Additional, they create business and personal goals, role play scripts for business solutions, study the legal contracts and are guided with the best practices of creating a business, getting through contracts and successfully closing transactions. These agents are required to do three transactions with the productivity coach for 20% of their commission.
- Seasoned license develop their business plan through analyzing their income and expenses, create an action plan to generate more business and meet weekly with Ashley to stay on target with their goals.
